Biography & Training
Fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Beverly Hills, CA.
Training
Dr. Danielian completed his Doctor of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and named a Dean's Research Scholar. He went on to complete an Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of California, Los Angeles, followed by a dedicated fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Beverly Hills under Dr. Ben Talei, Dr. Richard Zoumalan, and Dr. Guy Massry.
Before medical school, he earned a Master of Science in Global Medicine, also at the Keck School of Medicine — a program built around how healthcare systems function, and fail, in different parts of the world. That training took him to Armenia on multiple medical mission trips, including a series of cochlear implant surgeries for hearing-impaired children and adults. That global health background continues to shape how he thinks about patient-centered, evidence-based care today.
Research has run alongside his clinical training throughout. From cosmetic facial plastic surgery to head and neck microvascular reconstruction — resulting in many peer-reviewed publications and national research grant funding. The Publications & Research page has the full record.

Surgical philosophy
Every technique is chosen because the literature and outcomes data support it — not because it's trending.
No standard protocol. Each plan is built around your specific anatomy, goals, and medical history.
Technique favors how a result moves and ages over time — restraint over dramatic, short-term change.
In the practice
A thorough discussion of your anatomy, goals, and medical history — the same individualized approach behind every surgery on this site.
Options are presented with their evidence base, expected outcomes, and realistic trade-offs, so decisions are made together.
A treatment plan is finalized only once you're confident in the recommendation and comfortable moving forward.
